Progressive Matrices Test
The Raven's Progressive Matrices Test is a test that consists of a bound collection of black and white slides. Each sheet exhibits, in its upper half, an incomplete geometric set, and in the lower part, several smaller figures, of which only one serves to complete the image above, correctly. The series of figures are arranged in order of increasing complexity. The Raven Progressive Matrices Test is made up of different geometric designs, or matrices, made up of non-verbal elements.
The Raven's test can be performed individually or collectively and with people between 6 years and 65 years of age. Although there is no defined time for its completion, a range between 45 and 60 minutes is estimated to complete the test.
John Carlyle Raven Test Interpretation
The test results classification levels are obtained from the following percentages:
Level I or Intellectually superior, with a percentage of 95 or higher
Level II or Above average in intellectual capacity, with percentage between 75-94
Level III or Average intellectual capacity, with percentage between 25-74
Level IV or Below average in intellectual ability, with percentage between 6-24
Level V or Difficulty in the management of intellectual capacity, with a percentage equal to or less than 5

Technical Specifications
The CogniFit Progressive Matrices Test (PM) is based on the Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices Test (RSPM; Raven, 1936; Raven, 1938). This task allows for the assessment of abstract reasoning, which is an elementary component of intelligence.
